Turbo PT and the New CMS 1500 Claim Form

Global Support Systems is on target for the October 1st deadline of the new CMS 1500 claim form which is being incorporated into the Turbo PT software. The new version will accommodate the reporting of the National Provider Identifier (NPI)l and will be released prior to October 1st.

Providers will be required to use the new CMS1500 form for submitting claims for reimbursement. October 1st is the date when providers can begin using the CMS 1500, which replaces the HCFA 1500.
